型号怎么选Choosing the right SKU

同代 EPYC 的型号差异，本质是在核心密度、单核频率与功耗之间做取舍。先把场景说清楚，选择会变得很简单。Within a generation, SKUs trade core density, single-core frequency and power. Describe the workload first and the choice gets simple.

9005 与 9004 共用 SP5 平台，但同一台双路服务器上的两颗处理器必须是同型号，不能混插不同代次或不同型号。同一代内更换型号通常只需升级主板 BIOS，无需更换主板。9005 and 9004 share the SP5 platform, but the two sockets in a dual-socket server must hold identical models — never mixed generations or models. Within a generation, changing model usually just needs a BIOS update, not a new board.

优先看「每 vCPU 成本」而不是单核峰值。Zen 5c 型号（如 9965 192 核、9745 128 核）在同功耗与机位下能承载更多虚拟机，适合高密度云主机与容器；如果业务对单核延迟敏感、或按核心授权计费，Zen 5 高主频型号（如 9575F 5.0 GHz、9555）更划算。Optimise for cost per vCPU rather than peak single-core. Zen 5c parts (9965 at 192 cores, 9745 at 128) fit more VMs into the same power and rack budget, suiting dense cloud hosts and containers. If latency matters or software is licensed per core, high-frequency Zen 5 parts (9575F at 5.0 GHz, 9555) work out cheaper.

The 8004 runs on the SP6 single-socket platform with 6-channel DDR5 and 96 PCIe 5.0 lanes, in a 125–200 W default TDP band, typically in telco networks, edge nodes, storage controllers and branch servers. If you need 12-channel bandwidth or dual sockets, go with SP5.

Boxed ships in the original retail carton with full labelling, suited to channel resale and end delivery. The processor itself is identical; only packaging and accompanying documents differ, so please state your preference.

报价与结算规则How quoting and settlement work

处理器价格随批次、数量、汇率与运费浮动，因此我们采用询价制而不是固定标价。Processor prices move with batch, volume, FX and freight, which is why we quote rather than list a fixed price.

因为我们给出的数字是含运费的到岸价，而不是一个不含物流与合规成本的裸价。同一个型号发往不同国家、不同数量，最终成本差异可能很大。用询价制能避免你先看到一个后面还要改的数字。Because what we quote is a landed price including freight, not a bare unit price excluding logistics and compliance cost. The same SKU to different countries, in different quantities, can differ materially. Quoting avoids giving you a figure we then have to revise.

没有硬性起订量，1 颗也可以。首次合作建议先做小批量试单，验证单据、物流时效与验货流程后再上量。10 颗以上进入阶梯价区间，100 颗以上通常可谈到更优价格。No hard MOQ — a single unit is fine. For first-time cooperation we suggest a small trial to validate documents, transit time and inspection before scaling. Volume pricing starts at 10 units, with better levels usually available from 100.

支持银行电汇（T/T）、PayPal、信用卡与信用证（L/C）。新客户通常为全额预付；长期合作客户可协商部分预付或账期，具体比例与期限以合同约定为准（待补充）。We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, credit cards and letters of credit. New customers usually pay in full in advance; for established accounts, partial prepayment or credit terms can be negotiated, with the exact ratio and tenor set in the contract (to be added).

报价单会注明有效期，期内确认即可锁定。合同成立后，除因不可抗力或主管机关新增管制要求导致的必要调整外，价格不再变动。Each quote states its validity window; confirming within it locks the price. Once the contract is formed the price does not move, other than for force majeure or newly imposed regulatory requirements.

跨境采购最容易出问题的环节是单证与清关，而不是运输本身。这一组问题都围绕这一点。In cross-border procurement the risk sits in documentation and clearance, not transit. These questions all circle that.

现货型号通常在 2–5 个工作日内出库；需预订的型号按报价时确认的货期执行。运输时效参考：国际快递 3–6 个工作日，空运 5–9 个工作日，专线/海运按目的地与船期确认。以上均不包括出口许可申请所需时间。In-stock SKUs usually dispatch within 2–5 business days; forward-order parts follow the lead time confirmed in the quote. Indicative transit: express 3–6 business days, air freight 5–9 business days, dedicated line or sea by destination and schedule. None of this includes time needed for an export licence application.

默认由买方承担目的地关税、进口增值税与清关费用。选择 DDP 条款时由我方在报价中列明并承担。HS 归类以目的地海关最终认定为准，我们会提供产品描述与建议归类供你的报关行参考。By default the buyer pays duties, import VAT and clearance costs at destination. Under DDP we itemise and bear them in our quote. HS classification rests with the destination customs authority; we provide product descriptions and a suggested classification for your broker.

运费按实际重量与体积重量取大者，结合目的地与时效计算。可以指定你自己的货代，我们在 EXW 或 FOB 条款下把货物交给你的承运人，并提供完整报关单证。Freight is charged on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, combined with destination and speed. You may nominate your own forwarder — we hand over under EXW or FOB and supply complete customs documents.

可代按发票金额投保货运险，建议高价值订单投保。发生损坏时请当场拍照并向承运方登记异常，同时通知我们；我们协助向承运方或保险公司发起索赔。We can insure against the invoice value — advisable for high-value orders. If damage occurs, photograph it on the spot, register the exception with the carrier and notify us; we help file the claim with the carrier or insurer.

到货之后出问题怎么办If something goes wrong after delivery

关键动作只有一个：尽快在原始状态下留证。开箱前后各拍一组照片，能大幅缩短处理时间。One action matters most: document the goods early, in their original state. Photos before and after unboxing shorten handling considerably.

完整退换货与保修政策Full returns & warranty policy

请在开箱后 7 个自然日内提出，保留原包装、标签与开箱影像记录，并提供订单号与序列号。经核实属我方责任的，安排换货或退款，相关运费由我方承担。Raise it within 7 calendar days of unboxing, keeping the packaging, labels and unboxing photos, plus the order reference and serial numbers. Where the issue is on our side we replace or refund, with freight covered by us.

产品保修以 AMD 官方保修政策及授权渠道条款为基础，我们作为供货方提供到货质量保证与 RMA 协助。具体保修期、起算方式与覆盖范围以订单合同或形式发票约定为准（待补充）。Warranty rests on AMD's official policy and authorised-channel terms; as the supplier we provide incoming-quality assurance and RMA assistance. The exact period, start date and coverage are set by the order contract or proforma invoice (to be added).

超期提出、已装机使用或外观有人为损伤、序列号与订单不符、缺失原包装与配件、因不当使用（如超频、散热不当、供电异常）导致损坏、以及无法提供购买凭证的情形。Claims raised late, parts already installed or with physical damage, serials that do not match the order, missing packaging or accessories, damage from improper use such as overclocking, inadequate cooling or unstable power, and requests without proof of purchase.

为什么每单都要审核Why every order is screened

处理器是美国原产物项，从中国出口要同时符合中国出口管制法规与美国 EAR 的再出口规则。这个判断只能逐单做，不能按型号打包。Processors are U.S.-origin items, so exporting from China must satisfy both Chinese export control law and U.S. EAR re-export rules. That judgement can only be made per order, never per model.

不能，我们也不会做出这种承诺。物项是否受控、是否需要许可，最终由制造商公布的分类结论与主管机关认定。我们能做的是在报价阶段给出初步分类意见、说明依据与不确定性，并在判断需要许可时明确告知，由你决定是否继续。No — and we will not. Whether an item is controlled and needs a licence is ultimately decided by the manufacturer's published classification and the competent authorities. What we do is give a preliminary view with its basis and uncertainty at quote stage, and tell you plainly when a licence is likely so you can decide.

因为主体是否列单只是判断维度之一。同一型号发往不同目的地、用于不同用途，受控结论可能完全不同；此外还可能涉及买方关联方的持股关系。清单筛查只是六道关卡中的一道。Because listing status is only one dimension. The same model to different destinations, for different uses, can lead to entirely different conclusions — and a buyer's ownership relationships can matter too. List screening is just one of six checkpoints.

许可审批周期取决于主管机关，我们无法承诺具体时间。可以确定的是：许可取得前不会安排发运。如果时间不可接受，你也可以选择其他型号或取消订单，已付款项原路退回。Processing time depends on the authority and we cannot promise a date. What is certain: nothing ships before the licence is granted. If that timing does not work, you can switch models or cancel, with any payment returned in full.

我们会书面说明不予承接及原因类别（如目的地限制、最终用户问题、最终用途不明），已付款项原路退回、不收取费用。我们不会建议你改用其他主体、其他品名或第三地转运来「绕过」——这类建议本身可能构成协助规避管制。We decline in writing, stating the category of reason — destination restriction, end-user concern or unclear end use — and return any payment in full at no charge. We will not suggest a different entity, description or third-country routing to "work around" it, since that advice could itself facilitate circumvention.

That boundary is published on our compliance page and applies equally to new and long-standing customers.
