可按发票金额代投保货运险，投保与否及保额由你在下单时确认。未投保的货物在运输途中的风险按所选贸易术语划分。若报价含运费，运费与保险费会在报价单内单列，不与货值混在一起。We can arrange cargo insurance on the invoice value; whether to insure and the insured amount are confirmed when you order. Where cargo is uninsured, transit risk follows the agreed trade term. If freight is included, freight and insurance are itemised separately on the quotation rather than blended into the goods value.

单证上的品名、型号与货值须与实物一致。我们不接受任何为规避管制或降低税费而低报、误报货值或品名的要求。Descriptions, models and values on the documents must match the goods. We do not accept requests to under-declare or misdescribe value or description to avoid controls or duties.
默认条款下，目的地关税、进口增值税与清关费用由买方承担。选择 DDP 时，由我方在报价中列明并承担上述费用。无论采用哪种条款，我们在签约前都会把费用归属写在合同或形式发票上，避免到货后争议。Under the default terms, duties, import VAT and clearance costs at destination are payable by the buyer. Under DDP, we itemise and bear those costs in our quotation. Whichever term applies is written into the contract or proforma invoice before signature, so there is no dispute at arrival.
HS 归类以目的地海关的最终认定为准。我们会提供产品描述与建议归类，供你的报关行参考，但我们不代替海关作出归类结论，也不对归类结果作保证。HS classification is ultimately determined by the destination customs authority. We provide product descriptions and a suggested classification for your broker's reference; we do not substitute for customs in deciding classification, nor do we guarantee the outcome.

货物出库后，我们会提供运单号与承运方跟踪链接，你可自行查询全程状态。若遇航班或转运调整导致轨迹停滞，我们会主动同步进展。After dispatch we provide the tracking number and carrier link so you can follow the shipment yourself. If flights or transshipment shifts stall the trail, we keep you updated proactively.
出现清关卡滞、派送异常或轨迹长时间不更新的情况，请在发现后尽快告知我们。我们在工作日 24 小时内响应，并协助向承运方发起查询与跟进。If clearance stalls, delivery fails or tracking goes quiet for too long, tell us as soon as you notice. We respond within one business day and help raise and follow up a case with the carrier.
签收是划分运输责任的关键节点，建议按下述顺序处理，以便在出现问题时保留证据。Signing is the key point where transit liability shifts, so follow the order below to preserve evidence should anything be wrong.
对照装箱单核对箱数与件数，检查外箱是否有破损、凹陷、水渍或封条异常。Check carton count against the packing list and look for damage, dents, water marks or broken seals.
发现外箱异常时，当场拍照并在承运方单据上登记，避免事后无法追溯。If a carton is damaged, photograph it on the spot and log it on the carrier's document so it can be traced later.
如发现短少、错发或到货即损，请在收货后 7 个自然日内向我们提出书面异议，并附订单号与影像记录。For shortages, wrong items or DOA units, send a written objection within 7 calendar days of receipt with the order number and photos.
